Hillary Clinton was born at Edgewater Hospital on 26th October, 1947 in Chicago, in Illinois. Hillary first attracted nationwide consideration in 1969 when she turned out to be the first scholar to address at the graduation ceremony of Wellesley College. In 1970's she became a lawyer after completing graduation from Yale Law School. In 1975 she married to Bill Clinton and in 1979, Hillary became the first woman partner in Rose law firm and was also named one of the hundred most powerful lawyers in America. From the year 1979 to 1981 as well as again from 1983 to 1992 she worked as First Lady of Arkansas.

When she became the First Lady of the US in 1993, she began a more powerful role as well as was in the national attention for the first time. Her main initiative was the Clinton health care plan. Sadly this plan was approved by the United States Congress in 1994. However, she helped to establish the Health Insurance Program for Children in 1997. She also became the first lady in the history of states to have her personal career and is considered one of the most First influential Lady in U.S. history.

In 2000, Hillary as well as Bill shifted to New York, where Hillary was chosen to the Senate of the United States. This made her the first lady to be selected to public office as well as the first woman chosen to the Senate from New York. Hillary was re-elected to the Senate in 2006. In 2002 a New York Times that hints at possibly running for President of the United States.
